i agree...

but with skills like those if he keeps working on the basic side of it as well he could develop into a Ronaldinho of Basketball i mean he's got the skills he jus now needs to know when to use them...

Blay/MD, i definitely agree with you, he's obviously got skills, and what he's doing takes talent and dedication.

but what's he doing to put points on the board? that's what wins games, don't it?

hoops

i'm not gonna go into a debate about it Apexx it's REALLY not important enough but there are areas where people focus on their skills for comps...

but in the game...it would be dope to see someone like that using skills...as long as they are responsible with the timing of executing the skill in question...

i.e if Barca were 3-0 down you wouldn't see Ronaldinho flippin the ball over his head and flicking the ball everywhere...thats when he gets serious...whereas if ya 2-0 up then fine

it's all an entertainment factor Apexx...

nah man, I'm not "debating" anything man, no need to get on the defensive man I'm just asking a question. relax, breathe deep...

I'm tryin to figure out where all this ball-handle is gonna end up. he might be able to dribble circles around defenders, dive through thelr legs and all that, but then you end up right back at the top of the key, still lookin for an alley, still looking for an open man, and still lookin for a shot, right back where you started. lol, that's why I'm confused about what he's doing. like....what's the point?

is it beautiful? yes.
is it beneficial? mmmm...........

is he scoring though? lol, that's what I'm asking. he does all that, but the play just resets by the time he's done.

if he could find some way to flip it into points, then he'd be a god.

word that what i was trying to get across...there's a football player in England called Joe Cole and he used to ALWAYS do tricks at the wrong time but he went to Chelsea last Summer and now he's one of Englands best midfielders he's harnessed thatbalance of when to use natural strengths and when to make ya opponent look an idiot for ya teams gain...

it took him a while...but that kid has a good future if he can work out that type of balance coz there were some clips where he did all that shit and it looked like he fucked up

∆ P E X X 06-12-06 02:34 PM

etc etc etc, so basically you're saying this guy's nothing yet? ok. dope!
