How do you record your voice on cool edit

omg..LMAO..

make sure ur in multi-track mode..

next to those bars..where u insert the beat n shit..

well first off.. insert the beat in track1.. hopefully u can do that. :-\

then next to the bar..in track two.. you'll see three lil boxes.. ones an R ones and S and ones an M... click the R box..

then down at the bottom u should see a lil button.. with a lil circle inside... click that... make sure ya mics on..and start spittttttttttttiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnn

yo man ya shit is clearer if you record ya verbals on a different program and then import them to cool edit...i dont know why but the shit is just clearer....

OK that was some of the dumbest coments i have ever heard don't ever use sound forge to record you vocals on it cauz you will never get them to match up with the beat correctly... Just get calk walk and stop messin around with programs that lack power and the ablity of a thing called user friendly you will get 10x more work done when its easery to do.. ok peace

edition,,now thats were it gets complecated...shits off the chain
though...

Damn its not that complated I use it too all the time.... btw do you have a working one with all the sounds cauz evertime i download it the sounds don't work and i have to import sounds from older versions... get back to me mabye we can colab. peace
