All that need's to happen is a mod be put there that's willing to do his/her job properly and inforce the link rule. It doesnt matter if it's one link or 3 link's. That work's to produce feed.

Mods cant deduct money from peoples count. Btw, I doubt people would just go fjaiocjwhdiciowdcjioj.. To get money, but there would be a lot of people who would just start conversations with nothing related to the OM to get money. Those sort of posts are hard to get rid of since you cant directly call them freeposts and people are allowed to go off topic.

It was a good idea man.. But these sort of money things always lead to problems because of the amount of dumb kids on this site. The best way to increase activity is by always returning favors when someone leaves feedback on your OM and activly replying on them yourself. If some people start doing it, it might influence more to do it.
