im tryna put this audio out tonight, i already spit it a few times im ready to record

a] how do i mix it with a beat?

b] how do i save it to my sound click

u gotta go up to insert and select file from wave.. or wave from file and insert then click track 02 and spit

file from wave must be mp3

File from wave doesn't have to be mp3,Cool Edit Pro uses waves.....it's not hard to use...actually,you right click and on track one in multitrack....do the file from wave....then go to track 2..click R,then select the red circle and the beat will play while recording your vocals.Then if you want to do adlibs...all you do is go to track 3 etc...then click r and record..and the beat and previous recorded lyrics etc and you can record to make it sound dope.For example, the hook, or or add some sgit like uhh huh...what..It sounds wack in text...but adlibs can add a lot to a track.I suggest you get the Antares Mic Modeler,which allows you to make your mic sound like another mic(higher price)...which is pretty dope..and you can add bass,treble etc..Now to access that you click Fx...then it would be under directx.then click the plugin..then to the right screen you click the plugin,and click properties.Then it opens in multi-track,I highly suggest getting that plug in.After you are done with the track you go to mixdown?allwaves...then you can edit any other small things that you didn't on multi-track...pz

So how do u collide ur spits with ur beat??? in the easy way u can say im getting the hang but i dont see the red circle

the red circle is by the play button... in that area..

get ride of cool edit its gay use cakewalk pro audio 9 much easer to use and better quality ... plus way more plug ins for it... that is what i use on my home comp at the studio i use Pro tools for the awasome power and control you get with it and how it interacts with the sound board and all the studio stuff.... get back to me if you need some help, my contact info is in my profile peace

sal-v, i trust you, i got it down now, i just need to know addlibs a lil more, and colliding, but other then that i got basic shit down now.. i dont got aim, i got yahoo, if i dl'd aim itd make my shit hella slow with the 2 colledit versions fruity lops kazza and all on my comp. ill pm ya

adlibs is what people seem to have trouble with for some reason..Not much to it .Just got to the next track and record the words you won't the adlibs....usually the last words or the last 3-5 in a bar.....Or you could always use vocal presence 2....but it obviously won't give you the same effect....
