RV needs more advertising.
 

I dont see RapVerse.Com on many of the top battle page lists. Kind of dissapointing since this site is a fairly large (10000+ Member) forum. Admins, if you want your site to grow a lot more than its currant state with more traffic, then you need to be getting on these lists and more activly banning idiots to make sure the site looks good for new comers..

Supermod positions should be appointed to the most respected members of the site that will rep RV well. Not to mention give newbs someone to look up to and respect. -- It makes the site look more established to have a full line up of mods.

Also I think that a legends or Hall of fame forum should be created. This can be member run and gives people something to work up to and it also makes a bigger division from the newbs to the vets on a website. Which is a great thing to have because it usually makes people act more sensibly when they feel they have a reputation to defend.

Front pages should definatly be made. Comming from someone who knows a lot about battle forums.. I think that they greatly improve traffic and make the site look more professional. You guys run the site real well from what I've seen and heard, and a front page would back this up to anyone new to the site.

My main point is, this site is already active, so for it to go to the next level possibly it needs more advertising to the site itself and ofcoarse more revenue generating methods being employed.. On RM they have small add's on each section header, would this work for RV?

Just asking but what makes a supermod different from a mod?

Well if i was Mod i would have the sites name posted all over the Net

STROBE KNOWS ALL OF THIS ALREADY, he knows all of this becuase of cprogress and becuase of RAPBATTLES.com
but i wouldnt say this thread is pointless becuase it might bring it to strobes attention that this site is really looking wack becuase of the newb overload..and becuase some poeple need to be banned

a mod can only mod certain places the admin appoints them to

a supermod can mod everything on the site

Nah it will happen. Their avoiding the thread though because they dont want to get anyones hopes up about it happening anytime soon.

I am a supermod on a different site... And... No need for them...

Strobe and Cprogress, are doing a fine job...

The one thing i agree with Ko with, is a hall of fame... Think about dat strobe...
