If you try exporting a track as an MP3 it won't let you. It'll offer to do it as an AAC which is what a streaming music file is. Needless to say, soundclick/dmusic/etc dosen't recognize or play this.

To fix it, you gotta go to "prefereces" then go it "importing" and turn the standard importing format to mp3. The new iTunes has a shitload of new featues to import/export and mp3 ain't the standard no more :(

^^who said anything about paying for music? I said it's not set to convert music files (you know...liek the files you'd have if you recorded audios?!) to mp3's by default anymore. How the hell did paying for anything get into that??

It's Itunes. Isn't that the program Ipod users use to get music?

not always. you can use anything. such as doing it dooms style by DLing w/Lime and importing it to itunes. you can also just send files diectly to the iPod...None of this has much to do with the topic of course..

yes it will let you... goto advanced and then click convert and that way you can choose what format you want it in. also you can change your prefrences ..... o yea there is a new version i suggest you go download it :) its a patch. i believe
