because what makes somebody a "rapper"... there are 30+ cats on RV worse than any of those you listed, so how can you call them the worst 5 of all time? let alone random dudes who just try to rap at home and shit, lol...

nelly and jermaine aren't whack.

if thats the case then they wouldnt have made it this far..

not just anyone can flow over a beat, but they can.

therefore they aren't as whack as you may think.
