The Door
 

Do I even think about opening it
Do I even dare Imagine whats behind
Should I lurk around in darkness
For clues I yern to find

In my mind theres a blank shadow
Of whats behind that door
It sends a schrilling shiver through me
It even freezes my hearts core

Should I lay my hand upon the knob
And turn it as it squeaks
Open the door to a shadow
Of the one thing I do seek

Somethings there I know it
I just can't wait to see
Watching in the shadows for it
Something, There's got to be

Should I loose my senses
And possibly wonder, wonder more
Because I'm too scared to bring myself
To open that mysterious door

My heart pounds out of my chest
As I hear noises upon the walls
Could it be an angry warning
Or maybe nothing at all

I finally have the nerve to do it
Because I need to know more
I can't believe what lies infront of me
I finally see whats behind that door...
