Every place brings back memories, Of a kiss or a smile that you gave me More and more I miss you Sometime it’s hard to let go, Sometimes, You get trapped in a time of your life Everything I speak, I speak to you Every time I reach, I reach out to you, baby Every time I breathe, I breathe for you Is it real, what I feel? I can’t believe this is happing to me I don’t want to wake up to reality of you not being here with me How many times did I pray you’d find me? How many wishes on a star, glazing off into the dark, late at night Dreaming I’d see your face, safe at home, unafraid, where you belong So many times, visions of you would keep me strong You were with me all along, Guiding my every step, You are all that I am and I’ll never forget It was you who first believed in all that I was made to be It was you looking into my eyes You held my hand and I’ve never been the same, Since you first believed You ended here today and the dreams we used to share You told me you cared Now I can’t believe you’re gone How could you go so soon and say goodbye? You told me you’d never make me cry You said “Nothing in this world would come between us”, no way you’d ever leave me Nothing would ever come between us, what did you know? What difference does it make, if I understand or know? The promises we break are never what we planned Cause we planned to stay together till forever But forever came to an end and it’s gone Baby hear me when I tell you, I’ll forever love you Hear me when I tell you I need you, still and forever feedback appreciated just needed to get some shit off my chest *uno |

Of a kiss or a smile that you gave me More and more I miss you Sometime it’s hard to let go" This was a very interesting piece to read and this ^^ part i could really relate to the feeling "How many times did I pray you’d find me? How many wishes on a star, glazing off into the dark, late at night Dreaming I’d see your face, safe at home, unafraid, where you belong So many times, visions of you would keep me strong You were with me all along" You use good imagery and really set the scene on this part and made me feel what you were writing was heartfelt "The promises we break are never what we planned Cause we planned to stay together till forever But forever came to an end and it’s gone Baby hear me when I tell you, I’ll forever love you Hear me when I tell you I need you, still and forever" And this was a beautiful way for the piece to end i personally enjoyed your work it was honest heart felt and best of all this was something i could relate to and im sure a lot o ther people will feel the same! |
