250 posts + 5 wins or 500 posts and you can change your avatar.

Plus can we change our user title ?

and how do we do that, cause i think i meet the requirments

Go to http://community.rapbattles.com/pro...?do=editprofile and under Custom User Title, you can change the title. To change the avatar, go to Usercp and Edit Avatar and then either upload or link to an avatar from elsewhere. Other than that, I can't tell you much more unless you give more info on why it is not working.
