american dating system...

ive always wondered what the fuck is with this...

over here we put the day, then month then year...

its just logical... 5/6/09

you guys do it in the wrong order...

silly mother fuckers...

JTR 05-05-09 01:57 AM

we do it like that here too

We Americans like to give the rest of the world the middle finger, which is why we do things differently. For example, you guys use the metric system such as meters, kilometers, kilograms, etc.. We refuse to give up our english system with it's feet, miles, and pounds. Heck, our rocket scientists even do calculations in the english system, and one time they forgot to convert from the english to metric and that caused a $125m Mars orbiter to crash. Why? Because we can :)

There are several different variations of the American dating system. One of the most popular ones is online dating, but that's not really my style. I like hollering face-to-face, but for the most part I'm not even a big fan of dating in general, at least at this point in time.

The month is the deciding factor, if you don't know the day, at least know the month.

And least is what's important.

For you fucks, I don't know what happened. "Numerical order!!!"

lmao

Just like Hours and Minutes bitch. At least know the hour if you can't know the second

hold up tho it's 13:4 PM. I gotta roll this sht

man, about 99% of the time, when someone asks what the date is... they dont want to know what the month is.. they want to know what number the day is inside the month.

its basic logical thought.. smallest to largest or largest to smallest. that is called order.. not... middle, smallest, largest... that makes no sense.

stupid america...

would that also be because the only mathematicians smart enough to do the calculations were from a country who uses the metric system...

50Cal. 05-06-09 04:41 AM

^actually most our scientists are from here.we have the best schools so you people come here.

Yea like the guys that invented the atom bomb!!! Oops, nope they were German. Ummm... how about dynamite? No wait, British Jew. Hmmm... what about... nope... Well shit. Actually our scientists are only good when it comes to pharmaceuticals and computers. Pretty much everything else comes from people from other countries. The only American schools that are good are our Universities. Our public education is shit.

High-Dro 05-06-09 07:45 PM

i like the month/day/year format because thats how i would say the date, for example:

January 31st, 2009 = 01/31/2009

some would say the 31st day of January, but i don't so fuck itttttttt

"oh whats the date?" ... " its the 31st"

most people already know the month usually if you dont your a daft fucker...

High-Dro 05-07-09 04:02 PM

i guess that's true^^

but if someone asked me a date from the past or future like "when did the terrorist attacks on the world trade center happen?" i would say "September 11th, 2001"

i never really thought about this before....except i always get frustrated when i write the date because i never know what i'm expected to put...here some people do it one way and some people do it the other...it pisses me off

05-07-09 06:03 PM

no no no, it's "The 11th of September, 2001. Minute 45 of the 8th hour."

All times are GMT -4. The time now is 08:02 PM.
