The NO RECYCLING rule was not stated in the set up. There is actually posts on the first page stating it wasn't in the rules and SnoCap was fine with that and allowed the battle to continue even though he was given the opportunity to try and get a DQ win. Furthermore, I contacted both battlers when I originally closed this and both were pretty assured in the fact that the NO RECYCLING rule was not enforced and therefore J.Luth's use of recycled lines would not result in a DQ.
