Shoot for the moon line was alright, but cold've made that line dope as fuck. Punches: Lyric, just by a hair Wordplay: Lyric, i didn't like the V & V line at all Personals: Celestial, mainly his whole verse Multis: Neither, no multis Opener: Tie, Celestial had a nice personal, but so did Lyric Closer: Tie, Celestial had a personal, Lyric had a wordplay Vote - Lyric Very close battle, but I have to go with Lyric because of better wordplay, the rest of your guy's stuff was nearly the same in both verses. Nice battle.... but it was one sided.
Celestial had a few good lines, mainly the barbie comment... but some of your rhymes were weak... also you didnt rhyme at all during the first few lines... Lyric has a name true to his style... you came blazing with vocab and some good multies... liked your punches too, the Chrit comment was dope..... flow wise, both were equal vote = Lyric Please drop an honest vote in my battle VS illtalic... its getting slept on... |
I'd have to go on Celstial on dis battle, it was pretty close and i've seen better from both of you, my vote goes to celstial cuz it was pretty much tied in every catergorey so celstial got mah vote in creativity with the V & V line..

..Well this pretty much rounds it up. Both where pretty much equal, BUT.. Celestial came slightly wittier & i think that made for better punches. I like some of his ideas, concepts... & he just had some ok punches, personals. Lyric came pretty plain.. not bad...but just a little..simple. Some slightly played lines here & there..nothing major.
