can some one give me n example of a decent metta, and a decent parable. i just cant understand them in the tutorials. i thought maybe a different example would help. thx

like..."im sick like cancer patients"...thats a meta too...but in this case its besause of the exageration and the wordplay involved (sick:cancer)...get it...

yea...theres different ways to use em...but if u practice 1...then u'll understand the others too...so just keep practicing... :thumbup:
