lmao actually nah i really dont have monster calves...im just an athlete....i can run fast..jump high...all that good stuff......got offered a few scholarships at smaller schools to play basketball.......would got one at a bigger school to play baseball if i wouldnt have quit for basketball my sophomore yr. ......i dunno....i ran my miles in high school under 5 minutes a few times...........im just one of those kids.....*should video tape myself dunking*

i ran a mile every day.......i had like 3 gym classes my senior year....so basically all i did was run...play sports...but thats how ive been my whole life man....go to the gym every day and shoot around...run a lil bit...play pick up games....i dunno....the jumping and being fast thing just kinda came natural.....my dad won state in track....he was dunking in 9th grade....and hes the same height as me.....it just kinda runs in the family....*could only touch rim in 9th grade*

Well i can dunk but i get tired quick when I do it sooooo yeah lol but thanks for the advice i'm already running like 2 miles every other day or so but thanks a lot! i'mma try to run sprints and jumprope more
