Ruben Studdard Back In The Courthouse
 

Ruben Studdard is about to head into court claiming that his ex-manager stole his identity and forged legal documents. Studdard alleges that Ronald W. Edwards forged documents between August 1 of 2003 and November 30 of 2004. Claims also say that Edwards took $150,000 with Studdard’s credit cards and an additional $150,000 in written checks. $22,000 in stolen checks were said to be found deposited into Edwards’ account.

Ruben has also filed a suit last February claiming that Edwards misused $246,000 of his funds. Edwards rebuked the claim saying that Studdard owes him money. Ronald W. Edwards had also filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy for his company SEZ Inc. last July.
