Attn: Str8 Guys on RV...help plz

ok...here's the scenario...

I have gay friends I could ask about this...But, I want a str8 guy's perspective.

I have str8 friends I could ask, but, they're all professional associates and I can't "go there" with them.

So, here's my dillema.

I'm meetin new associates and acquaintances at work, right. Most are just professional associates and we keep it on that level. However, there's this one guy I chill wit all the time. Occasionally we'll chill and eat lunch together or w/e...But, I noticed that the friendship is becoming deeper than just work associates. By that I mean we'll prolly end up chillin outside of work or w/e. Anyway, brotha man is str8. We joke around about all the "eye candy" at work or w/e. But, the friendship is just about at that point where I can't be fake anymore and go along with the "yea yea look at her" bit. The more I don't say anything, the more I feel bad about myself, as if I'm not being real. However, I'm afraid that if I come out to dude one day I'll somehow disappoint bro or that'll be the end of a friendship.

I've had to deal with this before. But, for some reason, I have this deep respect for this guy because we have so much in common and really work well together on projects, etc.

man what you need to do is not make a big event of your gayness. you dont' have to "come out" to dude, that's a little extra dramatic and highly unneccessary. and you don't gotta fake liek you like girls, you also don't need to feed into "man she's so hot "shit you can just stop commenting on shit you don't endorse. there's a billion other things you can discuss other than chicks on the job. if he eventually comes to the conclusion you're gay (which he prolly already has) then that's that, if he's a real person it won't change shit - until you go hitting on him.

but when you make your homosexuality a big deal you force people to take a position on it. you essentially say "do you agree with my lifestyle or do you not". and 9 straight guys out of 10 won't be in your favor. don't make an event of it like "gay" is WHO you are, it's just an aspect, like golf.

Tell him the truth man...thats the best way too go....just flat out tell him and be like "well i understand if you dotn wanna work with me now" i mean if he doesn't respect who you are then u shouldn't be friends with him anyways cuz real friends look around everything and like you for u

on a real tip.
and I know this will sound clech'e.

If guy doesnt respect you fro simply being you, then is he worth you time?
If you let him know your gay, and he dont want anything to do with you, then so be it, thats on him obviously being homophobic.
Seen as he chill with you, whilst he thinks your straight, finding out your gay shouldnt change his perspective.

Just be you bro, if cunts dont like you for you, then fuck them.

If a work friend I had been talking to for a while and became friends with told me he was gay...

It wouldnt change a thing.. As long as they dont try and come onto me or overstep any lines......

These days its just immature to be prejudice towards someone because of their sexual preference..

If he lets that reform his judgement of you, then hes prolly not worth your time anyway man......

Exactly what people have been saying...

Any person with a shred of decency won't care whether you're gay or not.
