Shall Paradise shine twice
to many of us have faith in the spinning of dice
instead of the spinning of this earth
where we are birth'd and where we die
And somewhere in between numerous questions are asked
until its almost humerous to answer the whys
like~ why would you waste time on how many waist your waist
could be hitting
when instead your face could be submitting
to literature the surgeon general is probable admitting
is bad for your health
when I was a child I wrote myself in as a character in a fable
see I preceeded NAS 'cause all I needed was one pen, one paper and one table'
making invisible words appear in the wind
until one day I'll be like a fish swimming with one fin
I'd keep circling again and again
until I get it right
make a mother tell her blind child, its not good to read in the light
and in the hood I'd be known as a theif in the night
stealing heavy thoughts from those who can't sleep right
making their hopes and dreams my food for thought

and stealing heavy thoughts from those who can't sleep. i like this line in particular because if u can't sleep u are worried or a douche bag and i like the idea of stealing the thoughts of people who can't sleep so they won't have them and i would be able to a. help them rest and b. understand people's problems better
