imo...joe budden can't fuck with method man...on any level...method man isn't interested in making diss tracks hardly at all...none the less as much as joey is...but lyrically? come the fuck on...meth could murder just about anyone he wanted, if he was into that sort of thing...he has the tools and displays them on a regular basis...he's just on some different shit..

and meth is a song writer..but the same elements that go into battling..he incorporates into his song writing...so the only thing that makes him "not a battle rapper" is the fact that he chooses not to do it...lyrically...joey can't fuck with meth on any level..as i said before...if you don't get that..or don't agree..then most likely, you just have a poor understanding of what it means to be talented lyrically..which would explain your shit.

Why everyone keeps saying Joe is washed up is beyond me... dude got a few bad breaks and everyone forgets what skill is... he STILL has skills... a LOT of rappers don't get the same breaks as kats that are worse rappers... it happens... i'd rather listen to an unsigned broke emcee with skills than an overpaid wack ass platinum artist anyday... at the end of the day skill is skill... fuck ya payday!

Hahaha, yeah I knew he has been around a long while now, he use to do the whole battling scene. But before that even, I remember going to hip hop shops on the cornner and seeing his mixtape on the shelve..this was back in 98-99 around that time.
But over the years he has formed into quite the lyricist.
