broadsided their disgraceful village
Centered their idiot out and made him look like a criminal
Its pivotal, the evil dreams that they’re selling
The blood drips on the street and our black and blue bruises are swelling
The children are yelling,
playing jump rope on the suburban streets
Bullet Used Teflon vest are thrown at their feet
Narcolepsy sleeps, yearning while zoning on sheep
so the quiet kid of the town got up and started roaming around
but the chains of democracy, kept on holding him down
But he still sat by the chaos and took his place on the ground …..
Pulled out his bow, and started making a sound
amidst the nagging and noise he let the music pound ..
It took a whole minute for the sound to travel, past the everyday battle
But he sent it all away……
The sky went blue from grey
And the masses started to pay attention as the music played
An invention for time,
they realized when it started bending their minds

So he played, until the cold went away
But he kept playing, till the dark turned to day
but all he had to say, is what his instrument would play
But all the people knew, is it brought peace without praise

I liked your piece a lot, It sent a message that really hit home for me, and that is that music can literally cure all times of struggle and hardship, hopefully everyone will recognize and see eye to eye on this view, and for the verse itself it had some nice rhyme scheme and word play and it flowed nice all the way to the end, I also think that in this type of work the vocab couldve been better at some parts to make this drop really stand out. But overall good job, I appreciate this view because I believe in it as well, music can alter moves and talk to you....
its a shame that this piece wasnt played against but I kinda expected murder to show up but whatever, good job.
