whats good yall? everyone in this thread is all about Reason, im wondering if anyone is on ACID...? ive used ACID 4.0 for the last 2 years, but to b honest i havnt really experimented that heavily with it. does anyone know any cool things u can do with it? or suggest anything other than ACID (and plz, dont just try to jam Reason or Protools in my face...explain why if ur goin to do that).

thnx in advance, and wud love to hear ppls thoughts on this.

i use fruity loops and nuendo 3 ive been doing crazy shit wit flstudio 6 producer edition lately

i got acid 4.0 but its nothing compared to the adobe ish. im bout to change ish

i just use acid to put down my vocals then i send my shit to the studio where they clear everything up and make it sound nice, way way better than acid does.

acid is garbage now.its old. move on

what do the other programs do that makes ACID such shit? not fightin anyone...just interested in hearing why ACID is crap, and why i shud move up (being i did spend a pretty penny on this program). thnx

u can get these programs for cheaper price just need to get right connections (pm if you realy need um at discount price)
and the acid is a good program but it lack expandibility as well as features and there things that u cant do with these other programs that acid is incapable
its a for bigginers while but i would recommend it for a novice but i would also say one thing try moving up to something more effcient

acid and adobe audition are good baby steps but alot of people fail to move past the crawling and never learn to walk

But I doesnt matter if its acid or adobe..if you got a shit mic an even shitty'er rhymes then hell...even the 1,000,000 dollar studio cant fix that.

I listen to just blaze..w/e you got make it work for you.Cuz back in the ole skool era..it was 4 tracks an a dat..or 2 radio's rewind an record type of style.

an dont act like Im the only one that did that.

But really if you have potential then it will show threw w/e u record on.

But for quality...4.0 isnt the program ur lookin for..nuendo is the shit.
