Every time i try and add an instrumental in mp3 form it loads it but it just static and scratches no music, what do i do? :huh:

you invest in a better recording program :)

Ok just got Audacity 1.3, loads the mp3 fine :D

so does cool edit yours is just fucked or tha mp3s are encoded not too play in recording programz that could be ya problem
