Yeah, this battle was pretty one-sided. I think you may need a break Stanza because your drops are getting worse each week. This verse you put down was not that good at all. That one bar I quoted because it was a nice concept but you worded it horridly. Take a look in the elevation thread and get some tips or something to help you get a decent style going and get help with your wording. Artistik dropped pretty good and had those 3 bars that I thought were funny. His verse seems more like a keystyle because I've seen him drop better. Still though, I got a decent laugh out of the hopes up line and the gift wrapping line.

Well, I felt generouse with Stanza and quoted 2 bars but they weren't good at all. Poorly worded decent concepts that could have been done way better. I red what Nick wrote and I have to agree, you should do what I do when shit gets like this...just sign out but stay active in the league by hitting up the cypher and elevation thread..then come back when you have your own style...just peep out Solo, Hensley, DTH, N. Tav...all them niggaz got they own style that'll keep them ontop simply because of how they word they shit to have more impact. When you read your lines...do they flow well to you? Do they seem like if they were used against you...would you be offended in a actual battle? Would you laugh atleast...These are the emotions you want to get out of some one when you battle, text...audio, or face to face with a mic.

Vit...your stuff was ok and your get better card idea was dope...I would have written it different for a harder impact but it was tight. The rest of you verse wasn't that good to me though but I guess it didn't have to be though. Just keep showing up and droping fam.

it was the visual that had more impact, cos i felt it coulda been worded a lil diff
and im going to have to agree with the others on the elevation side of things,
should check some other styles of peeps you know who are respected, stay up

i've got vit taking this pretty easy. outside of the ones i quoted he was much more consistent. i was close to quoting the "get our hopes up" punch, with different wording i probably would've. the "get better cards" was stretched as hell. would've been better with re-wording, but as is it was still pretty cool. but yea, stanza had too many lame artistick nameplays.

vote- vitticus, i thought he clearly had the better verse here. Stanza, i've seen you write better verses before but this wasn't one of your better ones, you had a few ok lines, but Vit had the opener that was pretty nice.
