yeah its something like that, i heard its popular in the southern US

naw it's shit you do with the cross fader....go to youtube and search dj screw and you'll see him doin it....that's why some don't like it cause it sounds like the cds skipping but imo if you add effects n shit to it, it sounds real good especially when you off that drank
