If you open you bank account,get a few dollers in there I think you can change it for 250rv.
or in your user cp then profile i think you can change it there.

Your account will be automatically upgraded when you get 500 posts giving you access to change it in the usercp. If you don't have 500 posts, if you have enough money, you can go and change it by purchasing the option in the Store.
