One and Only (V-day poem i made, need feedback before tomorrow plz)
 

I wrote this in couple minutes during work, well i wont be with her on v-day cuz we have no time to see each other today, so we jst gonna go on a date tomorrow which is also our anniversary, so im tryin to make this poem the best i can.. plz give feed n how to make it better fam.. thanx i'll rtf asap.


My One and only



Baby,

From the very first time I saw your angel like eyes,
I knew you had something that no other girl has inside,
A splended caring soul with a gentle heavinly touch,
Wow, a soul like yours? I never knew that there was even a such,

Blessed with an amazing voice, only one to understand me,
I use to “think,” but now I “know,” you will never abandon me
Life was as rough as a rock, I would have never actually believed,
That a gentle soul like yours, can make life as smooth as the oceans breeze.

Though there were times I’ve done things where you end up unhappy,
But at the end you seem to forgive me, and later we end up laughing,
I greatly appreciate and love you for the many things that you’ve done,
And for all of that, I now know that your my one and only, my only one,

At night your easing voice is my lullaby to put my soul to sleep,
And I know, my love for you is not at all close to its highest peak,
Day after day, second after second, my love will continue to grow,
And if you think you’ve seen it all, only half of my love I’ve only showed,

Seven, Ten, Zero, Five, that very day for us, was a day that is truly great,
Because thats not just the day I found my wife, but my one and only true soul mate,
Baby, in my heart you’ll always be my queen you’ll always have the throne,
Because being in your arms, is the one and only home that I have ever known.
