beat: u hav 2 make on ur own, gives it more creativity and good practice
time: rapping verse has to be 1min - 2 min max
beat can run for longer and u can have talking intro which doznt count as the rapping verse but if u hav a chorus or bridge that counts as a rapping verse.

and all other rules the same..no d/r, biting etc..
