2. Exchange records for cash: Win- 2,000 Loss- -2,000
3. Every member pays a fee to ensure activity: 5,000
4. Interest is raised to 4%
5. Crews pay a fee of 5,000 per member every week
6. In order to start a crew you must pay 1 million for a forum.

Just some ways I thought of. Amounts can be altered I don't care. I read people bitching and offering ideas, but they don't give suggestions.

That could possibly work. Pm strobe and suggest starting a poll to bring it into effect or something.
