I'm hearing that from a few of you..Kingdom Come was a lil too hyped up, coming from a BIG Jay fan, and Black Album was wayy better, but lyrically Jay still has it...Track 1-14 is just nice on here...Jay came thru for hip hop, and I said it before, I'll say it again, this is exactly what the industry needed.

If you not signed, what does that tell you? Underground < Commercial in my opinion.
Underground has decent lyrics, and I'm not talking about these wack commercial cats, who make up snap dances and shit, I'm talking about the real commercial emcees...The Game, Snoop, Xzibit, Jay,Nas, Common,Kanye,Talib, Beanie, Cassidy,Lil Wayne Some good lyrical heads, who can make songs. That's the difference between commercial and underground. Underground can't make songs. They lyrics, but anyone can spit a hot 16, can you make a hot track that appeals to the people as well? |
