i just got the trial of photoshoop cs and this is tha first sig i did wit a pic i wanted to know how to blend the pic with the background that you choose.

Theres a lot of ways to do that, you could lower the opacity for basic effects
Or play with effects.

Search for a Blending tutorial on Google Video.. i think theres some good ones.
