I need some help wit' my audio.
umm.. I'm tryin' to record a lil somethin', somethin' to shut a dude up, but ummm... I plugged my mic in and when I record my voice you can barly hear it, its like im tryin' to record from the other side of the room, when really I got the mic up to my mouth. So umm.. is it my mic, or my computer?.. and is there anything I can do about this?
|
computer. lower right side of your screen you see a speaker, right click on it and click on advanced options. when that next screen opens up, turn up the mic vol.
enjoy |
word, that was easy. Thanks homie!
|
wait yo, that didnt even really help... it was down low, and I turned it up, but its still not loud enough to get over the beat.. hmmmm
|
1: did it get louder?
2: did you turn up the mic input volume in the recording program you're using 3: did you eat your vegtables? |
damn i knew i forgot something....brb veggie time
|
lol, you'll be big and strong in no time.
and by no time, i mean never. |
yo, invest in a mutli track man...
fuck recording all into one track. with a multi track like lets say m-audio protools you can adjust as need without the headache of windows and pac mic jacks. try ebay for prices...... it will be worth the time and $$. remember your audio is as good as the shit you are using to make it. i use pro tools myself..... ;) |
