i use cool edit and just wanna no how i can up the quality of my recordings

Oh You Mean Techno Style Hmm...Il Look It Up Give Me Some Time Im Not Sure Its On Cool Edit...Cos I Dont Use It..And Sacren When You Go On Multitrack View..You Will See On The Track Either Its 1 Or 2 Where Your Voice Is Colour Coded Red..Not Green Look For FX And Double Click It You wIll Have Graphic Equalizers For Sound And volume and Echo's Etc..There..

well...basically...I can't use cool edit for shit...I need madd help...but mainly I need help with matchin' my voice up with the beat...cause whenever I record the rhymez alwayz sound offbeat cause I can't match them up...

CEP 2.1 and 2000 wont work for me now, is there any other recording program i can use?
