Hey I'm a mod, and I can't figure out how the hell to post a sticky.

...How are mods being chosen?

He isn't a mod. I'm tired and not going to check, but he might be a mod of his own crew sub forum. But that is the only place he is a mod, and he still cannot access the employees only section. Anyway, to make something sicky go into the thread. On the bottom right if you are a mod there should be a list of options in a drop down menu. Click on "Make Sticky/Unsticky" and it will be done.
