Yeah this TOoN....bout to get this crew poppin........I don't just accept anybody.......I'm lookin for nice emcees to battle.........newbies that I see potential in...............vets to help run shit..........eventually I'll extend it to audio and everything..........but I wanna get the base members first........

Colonel-(Help Lutinent run shit)
Sargent-(Help Colonel run shit)
Battle Leader-(Head of Battles, and picking who battle in Crew battles etc.)
Newb Leader-(Lead the Newbs...keep em straight)

Then I need members......you can also work your way up in ranks also....

now the Lutinent needs to be someone I like.....period, and someone that's repected......and someone that's active......I really would rather the Lutinent pick the Colonel, and the Colonel pick the Sargent, because they will be workin together........so they need to be kool......so if I give an assignment......then the can get it done...........
