Listen..cool edit is WACK, it's like fisher price recording gear, and truthfully Audacity is way more capable.

Audacity comes to life in these things called VST plug Ins. They allow you to do anything, any sound you hear that you want to change you can change. Fool Edit doesn't let you do that. Not even close.
