just leave it, theres no reason to remove it. It stops people from simply posting a dot or one letter.

yea, no shit. i don't see a problem, it's only going to take a few seconds to make up to 15 characters. plus some people know a way to g around it. ;)

Also, it's not like people are surprised by the 15 character limit once they know it's there... we have a counter at the bottom of the quick reply box that counts the number of characters typed.
