Illmatic or Reasonable Doubt?????????????????
 

well...im sure this thread has been made before...but i was thinkin...and ive never seen it at RV....so id like to get the opinions of you all....

i used to think Illmatic was easily the best album....but lately ive been listening to a lot of reasonable doubt....and i cant fuckin decide....soooooooo....

hmm. well. i'd say illmatic, near enough every track is fire :thumbup:. whereas i only feel a few joints offa reasonable doubt.

I've actually never heard reasonable doubt.But Illmatic is a great album tho.

i dont know really, i'd say it was kind of a tie, cuz both albums are hot to the fullest.

Both are classics.But I gotta go with Illmatic.The lyrics were str8 fire and the beats were raw.Plus......at that time......it was original.Everyone was talking about the streets by means of blood and gore and encourageing the violence.Nas did it in a better and peotic way.

Jay-Z was doin shit that been done before(although he did it better than the rest).Illmatic was more raw and original at the time.
