aight i just though that we should help each other out so yeah ask questions and post sum work in progress for ratin, and shit, maybe some tutorials

here is the first one for the cartoony effect after u finish ur image put the image on top of the background that u have 2 layers then dublicate the image and go to filter find edges, and set blendin mode to overlay

for a nice border duplicate final layer and go to blendin options, and select the very bottom right, and choose inside and ur blenidin mode and size

iight say u get a pic of a person or thing n it already has a background wats tha easiest way ta get rid of that backgrouns n how u make things shine like in spektikals(spellin)

aight to get rid of the bacground use the lass tool and delete for distant parts
then use the backround eraser and zoom in to make the cuttin good. Speelin? u get a bunch of fonts from the net, and glow? u go to letters layer blenidng oprions and check off drop shoddow check of outer glow, go to outer glow and set opacity to a 100 and check the way u want it to shine (color) and choose the size and spread

use the eraser with a really big radius to delete most of the background until you have just a little border around the guy or whatever it is you are trying to isolate...then put the radius down to about 5 or 6 pixels...zoom in and get rid of the border...youll have to go down to 1 or 2 px for fine detailing and you will have to zoom in to about 1200%...it takes me usually about 10 mins to remove the background on somebody
