Yea....there's a specific format you can follow...Here's a link of the actual screen plays for many popular movies we've seen...I read the one for the movie Pineapple Express to learn how to write mine...

It's pretty cool

Check it out

A lot of writers have their own style. So I think it'd really be better to pick up some books on screenplay writing FIRST. If you're really serious about it, you should be willing to spare $15-20 to pick up a valuable book. I have 4 books I've bought for TV screenplay writing. Tremendous help. I'm not sure what's good for movies, but if you're interested in TV writing i can suggest some.

Basically it outlines the basic requirements for how to structure the screenplay. Then look at MORE THAN ONE different screenplay. Get a feel for how people are writing it, then you can develop into what works best for you and go that way.

Basically finished

Wow...finishing this story felt like an avalanche compared to starting it...everything snowballed at the end.

yea...can't hurt to read about it

But, that can be crippling as well...like, taking lessons to learn how to do something...

Get so caught up in the technical aspects of things...u just forget to have fun with it...

Word. I mean I don't read it front to back nah mean? I just really use table of contents and read the topics I want to learn about. Use it more as a reference tool then a bible if you get my drift

no prob man. Especially since when you submit a script, they get so many that they find the dumbest ways to eliminate scripts. So if you format just one little thing wrong it could get tossed
