Colosall emotions.
 

Fear strikes me, emotions fight me, battling for total control.
Until temptations spoil me, depress my spirits & cave my soul.
Im losing this power struggle, what heart do I have left to search?
Toxins of hate and greed, dance in turn with each other & merge.
Submerged blues taint the anger, two opposites lock infernal horns.
Intelligence my only defense ; but still Im impregnated by disgruntled thorns.
The two adversaries meet, emotion & intellect brawl for dictatorship.
Emotions are elite, the only pothole is that my intelligence cant measure it.
Strive a bit, push my mental stability to the max, morph dreams into facts.
I strain to relax, while empty beliefs sweep cleanse and fill in the cracks.
State of mind now fragile, what is going on around me? Ive returned to reality.
But it all seemed so real, the scale of collosal warfare for the sake of sanity.
My emotions lay haunted, theyve been slayed by knowledge, bathing..

Nicest piece ive actually seen on here so far some dope visuals that got me thinking, also some good attempts at metaphor's (hope u meant them lol) perhaps could work on flow abit seemed abit off in places nothing a simple re-word couldnt fix though
