number one, how do i upload my own pics that are on my hard drive, to where my avatar is?

number two, how do i up load a pic frum my hard drive into where my sig iz?

You upload a custom avatar, you'll need to have 100 posts.

To get a image into your sig, you can try finding a sig host and upload your image there and then link to it using the img src tag.
