Condo or town house


I mean...if you were the only person living there...and didn't plan on having kids in the next 5 years, which would you get, barring price?

Condo......maintenance is not an issue if you go wit that.

its easier.....try to get one on the end of the building though....so u only have 1 neighbor..instead of neighbors on both sides...

I live in a town house its really not that great, i mean yeah it has a upstairs and downstairs and condo is more like a studio, but if i seen a nice condo i would easily get one instead of a town house
