the nady comes with phantom power and a shock mount and all that other good stuff...

honestlly im not sure about the two mics by themselves as far as which is better, ive heard alot of people like the AT but ive nver used it, and never used the nady

i heard cats with nady's, but not this one, but when i heard cats with nady, quality is koo, not so good, but the AT is very good, n very crisp... what kind of soundcard u got?? n what kind of pre or mixer u got??? n if i were u, i rather get all that stuff before the mic...

so Phantom Power isnt a preamp or anything..

dawg we answered your question a dozen times. why dont u try researching. theres a million threads in this forum about preamps. If you get a preamp u dont need the phantom adapter

so i should get the AT 3035 and just get a preamp and it will hook right up into my comp...thats the way to go right...

u need a good soundcard though...

does that matter alot...or should i get this shit first..then the sound card

soundcard is real important, dont be like me n buy a mic, n all that shit before the soundcard..... u can get good quality, but the soundcard will give u much better results....
