Lightening
 

When I try to make sense out of what we have I fall into depression
Because I know in my heart that we both grown apart ain't no use in us pretending
We never talk on the phone and you're never at home
And if you are there's always tension
I ain't gonna be that girl that ends up staying sitting around just regretting cause
I'm tired of fighting, I'm tired of spiting
My life is a storm full of raining and lightening
My insides are pleading of the screaming
And sometimes I just feel like I'm no longer breathing
I look in your eyes all I see is a demon
I'm tired of wearing my heart on my sleeve and I just don't know why I stay

a simple poem, with a simple message.

a topic that gets done alot, by many ppl, coz its felt by everyone at some time or another, so its an easy topic to relate to when you read anothers piece on it. but one thing you have to think about when you write about a topic done alot, is that you should try to place it under a different light, make them think about that topic a whole different way, or see something that many dont, i dunno just give it your own twist, make it different. i felt you could have had some more detail to this piece, and that it could have gone further, or had more background, its a piece you can take and build on top of now some.
