you think the underground is gonna takeover the mainstream?
 

everyone says it's gonna happen with atmos and aesop on mtv2 but i don't think much is gonna happen after that

it's just like some years ago, they said the same thing when jurassic-5 and black eyed peas and mos def was gettin some play, but it died down after a while tho

I say nothing is impossible...but I doubt it....you never know...

aesop rock will never be mainstream. NEVER. just because of his style, it isnt something that will get alot of play.

I actually think Aesop might get pretty close.

I mean obviously we won't hear his shit banging in the clubs...

But regular air play on MTV2 is a definite possibility.

i like to think that the underground we know now wiLL become mainstream...or at Least highLy respected and...Legends wiLL be made and acknowleged...that way tupac and biggie wont be the biggest representives of hip-hop....

of course...with that happening....a new underground will emerge...and then we will be the herbs....

or something like that maybe...
