Mod Effectiveness.

Which is why I'm trying to become a FL mod. I should be soon, but yeah. I agree with most except open mic. They should have 3-4 mods. But yeah, if I was a FL mod I would only focus on that.

Crew mods are pretty useless..
A s-mod should be able to delete any irrelevant topics.. & the crew leaders should keep their own forum..clean. |
This is generally true.
I ended up with over half of RB at one point. Some days this became a huge hassle to keep up with.... I think thats why I was eventaully given an s-mod spot... that gave me the opportunity to still do work on those forums but also have someone strictly for that forum. Opey's idea does work.... Although finding the right 12 people would be a tough decision |

Only thing I'm sure about is that Hip Hop Lounge and Emcee Interaction should be modded by C-section and Loki.

Leave Maven or Edicius at Open Mic mod, or keep the three same mods, When is always on when the other isn't..

C-Section is great in member pics aswell as Ei. . Cause I live in the Uk the hours I'm on are late night/early morning in the Us so I am kind of at a disadvantage. . but C-section would be a good idea. .
