the days dont like me anymore
trapped here, in this fog
never thought id miss you so
but my eyes are bleeding raw

the nights love me so much
I need them, in this haze
never thought id love you so
but my heart is still glazed
(for us)

the evenings are sleepy funerals
I visit, my casket in her dreams
never thought id kill myself
but my body is fallen, it seems

My days are broken in sighs
my love, my heart, my whole life
what is this purpose i have
what am i to do

i visited my past
in a field of roses in blood
i watched all her lies again
listened to her thoughts

i am but, a petruding thorn
in the aura of an angel
could follow, i could
the neverending chain jangle
(for I am a prisoner of fate)

the world weighs its hand on me
my shoulders are nearly crushed
my life has turned into days
my fingers can barely touch

within her palm my future sits
glass pieces in her fingers
no longer am i living a man
but a fool who died a dreamer
