I'm admin on another board w/ vb3 .. so I can tell you some things ..

to close a thread, sticky, whatever, click on thread tools, click the action, then click perform this action ..

Is a mod....go to thread option
from there scroll down to close/sticku/blah blah

and then click submit

i see wat the problem was i was clickin on mod at corner bottom but they moved the options to top ook....

i found out please close this
