I THink He HAs To Be a Registered User Cuz Remember Wen They First Changed The Skin You Could Change You Title And Avy With 1 Post? They Fixed That And Now YOu Have To Wait Again To Change IT NOt Sure THo

the mods have put that option off, so ya cant change your avy to a custom 1. also ya cant change the tital of ya avy either.
