Make sure you arent focusing on multis when you spit, they mean shit. Focus on punches and try to enclude metas and personals in them, they make them harder hitting and more complex. Make sure your flow is there too, dont come with streatched lines. Basically streatched lines are lines that if you cut in half they would could be a line.
